About us

Hi there! We are Nadine and Peter.

By the end of 2009, after years of searching throughout Italy ,we fell in love with the beautiful region of Le Marche.

At that point we decided to buy an old farm in Ostra.

Finally our dream came true: living in a beautiful region in Italy.

Sotto la Quercia is our fairy tale that came to life.

Apartments

Sotto La Quercia features three brand new self-catering apartments: Il Sorriso, Il Sogno & Il Sole.

Each apartment is tastefully designed and has its own terrace where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the olive groves and vineyards.

The region

Le Marche is a region in Central Italy, between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines.
